Ordering
We're not typical online shop. Shopping with basket is not available here. Why? Look at nature of our products. They are not manufactured for stock. Most of our products is exclusively made on order. Even if you order 20 pairs of socks, these socks are produced specially for you.
We believe that it's easy to understand that nature of production 'on order' is complex. Basket? That wouldn't work definitely. So what to do? It's simple. Take a moment to discuss your requirement with us. Whatever you are interested in, bespoke football kits, set of printed socks or supporter scarves for your club, whatever it is, send us the enquiry. Let us know as much as possible about your requirement, let us know the quantities, colours, sizes etc.
Feel free to ask about samples and discounted prices. We can always calculate better price for selected products.
How long it takes? It depends on how complex your order is. We try to reply all the emails within just hours, definitely not later than 24 hours within working days.
When we have agreed everything and all details of your order are finally clear for you and for us, then we send you the invoice for payment by email.

Payment
You can make a payment by bank wire transfer or by paypal. For EU countries, we prefer payment by bank wire transfer as it's the cheapest. To make a payment use our bank account information given in the invoice sent by us by email. Making a payment by bank wire transfer by customers who come from non-EU countries could be expensive. Paypal is the solution then. Again, we send the invoice by email with all order and payment details before.

Paypal/credit card
You can pay with Paypal using your Paypal account or by credit card. We are sorry but we can't process credit cards directly. To make a payment by Paypal please use Paypal secure payment link beside.

VAT
Prices shown are inclusive of 0% VAT. Following EU trade regulations when goods and services are sold to a company who is VAT registered (means 'have EU VAT number') in country across a border within EU area, buyer (company) pays 0% VAT to the seller.
When goods are sold to a private person across a border within EU area, the buyer (person) pays the sales country's VAT to the seller, and does not pay any VAT in the buyer's country.
Footballwear.net is company registered in Poland. Then sales country for our buyers (you) is Poland. VAT rate in Poland is 23%. Thus private persons who buy from us must add 23% VAT to the prices of goods and delivery whilst companies and organisations who are VAT registered pay 0% VAT to us.
As it was said in 'Ordering' and 'Payment' sections above, payment is made on invoice sent by email. Invoice includes either 0% or 23% VAT rate, depends on information about VAT status given us by buyer.

Currencies accepted
Our prices are based on EUR currency. However, we accept payments in British Pounds Sterling and US Dollar as well. Our prices in British Pounds Sterling and US Dollar are based on a pre-determined exchange rate. Prices in EUR currency shown on website are fixed and will not fluctuate.
Exchange rates:
EUR 1.00 = £0.88
EUR 1.00 = $1.15
Due to fluctuations, we retain the right to set the exchange rates accordingly.

Production time
We proceed an order after we receive a payment. Usual production time is 3-4 weeks, depends on the order. You will be infiormed by phone or emal about expected shipping time.

Urgent orders
Selected orders can be released in extra time with low fee or even without any extra cost. Please ask about possibility when place your order.

Delivery / EU countries
Footballwear.net cooperate with world leaders UPS http://www.ups.com/ who specialise in door-to-door delivery. We aim to deliver the products in the shortest time possible and fact is that delivery time to most European countries is not longer than 3-4 weeks since we started production of the order.
Delivery charges depend on order and there are determined individually. To have an overwiew about approx. costs of shipping of one box in different weights to popular destinations please see table below.

Rates are based on the cost of shipping of single box (NOT the whole parcel) with a given weight, by UPS 'standard' EU service. The cost of shipping of the parcel that contains more than one box may be different. One day express delivery service is available. Ask about details.
Approximate weights of selected products: football shirt 0.25kg, football shorts 0.15kg, pair of football socks 0.12kg, supporter scarf 0.15kg, tracksuit in adult size 0.85kg.
Above weights are approximate and can be used to determine only the approximate costs of shipping. Weights of specific goods may vary and depend on different factors like size, fabrics weight and specification, type of customisation etc.

Delivery / worldwide
If you live outside EU please contact us for delivery quotes.

Custom charges and import duties
If you order goods from us for delivery to EU country it's not a subject to custom charges and import duty. Price you pay us is final. If you order goods from us for delivery outside EU zone then you will be responsible for paying any custom charges and/or import duties.

Refunds
Due to the custom nature of the products we sell, refunds are not given on such orders unless the products are defective or contrary to specification given in the order. If you think that goods which you received are defective or contrary to specification which you gave us, contact us by phone or email within 7 days from the date of reciving a parcel. Returns will not be accepted if products have been washed or worn any way.

Ownership
Goods supplied on credit remain the property of Footballwear.net until all outstanding amounts have been paid in full.
